1986 Ford Mallard 30' Motorhome Must Sell! HANDYMAN SPECIAL in Rochester, NY

I have a 1986 Ford Mallard Econoline 30' Motorhome. 460 motor w/86,xxx miles. Sleeps 6. Needs work. HANDYMAN SPECIAL! First, back wall has water damage (see picture). Center of the motorhome inside where the air conditioning unit is has water damage. Front sleeping area over the driver seats needs new plywood from a previous water leak, but does not leak currently. Now the good--Full fridge and freezer, full 4-burner stove w/full size oven and broiler. Double sink. Full shower room and seperate full toilet w/sink and vanity room. Dining table w/2 benches turns into a full bed. 2 swivel chairs. Back bedroom area has a full size bed area w/vanity and closet space. A/C, Furnace--all run by propane. Generator on board as well but I don't have the battery for it. Starts right up w/a brand new marine battery. I don't have the time or money to fix it. Need to sell asap. Need gone!!!!
